Hi, I need some help and advice please.

I had a call earlier today to tell me I'm having an OFSTED inspection soon.
I know their inspections are mostly geared towards proper 'childcare settings' like nurseries and childminders which all have very clear practices and procedures in place.

Where do I stand as a Nanny being inspected and what do I need to have prepared?

Obviously I'll need my certificates, first aid, insurance etc.

The inspector mentioned something about complaints procedures. Me and my family don't have one of those as of yet. I'm guessing I'll have to make one up and tell the families!

I saw the post on here about safeguarding children - should I just print out that booklet?

Most places have accident and medical forms. Again, as a nanny these have never applied to me, parents are informed verbally. Do I need to get some paperwork sorted for this too?

Thanks fir an help!
